How to change the Primary on an account

Follow

To change the Primary Account Holder:

  • From the Admin Site Map, go to Customers > Account Management > Search.
  • Search for the customer account you wish to update.
  • From the Customers > Account Management > Search page, click the pencil icon next to the desired customer's name.
  • Click the Make Primary button.
  • Click the Save button.
