I am no longer receiving e-mails from TeamSideline and when I log in, it gives me a Caution/Warning telling me that I am not receiving e-mails. I made sure my e-mail was correct but still haven't got any e-mails.

An email may have been returned to TeamSideline which automatically creates a Filter. For more information on Filters, click here.

To Review and Delete Filters:

  • Log into your TeamSideline Account.
  • Click on your name at the top of the page or on My Account > My Profile on your Home page.
  • Click the Edit button next to your email address. Now you can review any email filters that have been placed on your email address.
  • Remove the Filter by clicking the X delete icon. 

You can also see any missed emails under Communications > Received from the menu.
