If there are multiple accounts in the system that have the same email address, what will happen when the user tries to login? Will they see team assignments for all the accounts?

The My Teams section on the left nav will show all teams they are a member of (with their signed in email address) and that are published by your organization.

The Profile, Members, Order History pages are linked to the most recent profile/or the one that was last saved on the parent edit page.

The advanced registrar role allows you to merge accounts so there is only a single profile.

Note:  The officials module supports multiple profiles for a single email address for officials.
