To edit or add Entry Form data fields

To edit Entry Form data fields...

  1. From the Admin Site Map, click Entry Forms (under Content).
  2. Click the arrow to the left of the Entry Form name to expand and see all data fields for the Form.
  3. Click the pencil/edit icon on the row of the data element you want to edit.
  4. Make the changes to the Field Name, Field Type or other values.
  5. Click Save.

To add a data field, such as an email field for people to input their email address and have the system do validations that the email address format is correct:

  1. From the Admin Site Map, click Entry Forms (under Content).
  2. Click the green Plus sign on the row of the Entry Form name
  3. Type the name of the data field (like "Your Email Address") then choose Email and Required (if you want it to be completed on every form submitted by people).
  4. Click Save.
