Granting Admin Access to any TeamSideline Site (Organization or Ownership Change, Domain Change)

Granting Admin access to any TeamSideline site can only be given by an existing admin through the admin site Manage Users page or through TeamSideline support with the permission of an existing site admin in writing or by email to TeamSideline.

If no current site admin can confirm or deny a site admin add request after email and phone attempts, then permission for admin access can also be given by the highest ranking member of an organization’s Board of Directors in writing or by email to TeamSideline. Board members in parent or associated organizations cannot be granted access without written or email consent from the highest ranking member of the organization’s Board of Directors.
